Aleluia Ceramics celebrates 120 years with exhibition in Aveiro

In 2025, Aleluia Ceramics celebrates 120 years of history, with an unbreakable connection to the city where it was born and grew, Aveiro.

To mark this milestone, we present the exhibition “120 Years of Aleluia Ceramics – Pieces of History, Spaces of the Future”, on display from 2 August to 28 September at the Galeria da Antiga Capitania do Porto de Aveiro.

A journey between tradition and future

Developed in partnership with the Aveiro City Council, this exhibition invites visitors to explore the journey of a century-old brand that, since 1905, has shaped spaces and inspired generations.

The exhibition showcases historic pieces, examples of production processes, hand painting techniques and advertising panels that marked different periods, as well as the most recent collections, representing the company’s contemporary design and technological innovation.

More than a showcase of historical legacy, this exhibition celebrates the deep connection between Aleluia Ceramics and Aveiro. At the end of the visit, visitors are invited to follow an urban route that highlights the presence of Aleluia ceramics in several buildings and public spaces throughout the city, extending the experience beyond the gallery and revealing how the brand continues to contribute to the architectural identity of Aveiro.

An open invitation to all

With free admission, the exhibition is open Tuesday to Sunday, from 10:00 – 12:30 and 13:30 – 18:00, and will be officially inaugurated on 2 August, at 4:00 PM.

This is a unique opportunity to get to know not only the past and present of Aleluia Ceramics but also its vision for the future.
