Aleluia Cerâmicas is the entity responsible for the treatment of your personal data, by automated means or not, from its collection, organization, conservation to its deletion, by holding a permanent public commitment to act in accordance with the applicable national and community legislation, in force.

Collection, processing and purpose

Our clients’ personal data are, exclusively, processed because they are necessary for the budget preparation, conclusion and execution of contracts, management of deliveries and monitoring of orders, after-sales service, fulfilment of legal obligations or because it has been consented to.

The personal data, provided by clients or generated by the use of services or acquisition of goods, will be processed and stored electronically and are intended to be used by Aleluia Cerâmicas’ website for: marketing and sales, client management, accounting, fiscal, and administrative management, litigation management and, in general, compliance with general obligations. Data processing, for marketing purposes, will be carried out in accordance with the option of consent, expressed by the client. Such consent will have to be prior, free, informed, specific and unambiguous, and be contained in a written statement, which may take the form of validation of an option. Opposition to data processing, for marketing purposes, may be declared, in writing, at any time.        

Retention Deadline

Without prejudice to other terms, foreseen in the legislation in force, namely regarding tax, accounting and contractual accountability, in accordance with the respective legal criteria, in obedience to the principles of necessity and minimization of conservation time, the data collected through this website shall be kept for the period of time during which the user is registered, and shall be eliminated when the user requests their elimination or that of their registration, under the terms of the statement below

Subcontracting

Aleluia Cerâmicas can use subcontracted entities for the treatment of personal data, namely, for promotional campaigns, marketing, client account management, invoicing, transport of goods, delivery and after sales service, accounting, management of litigation, salary processing, hygiene services and safety at work, among others, being these entities obliged to comply with the GDPR’s provisions, namely, to develop measures of data protection and to ensure the defence of the rights of the users.        

Security

ALELUIA, SA takes all necessary technical and organizational data protection measures to protect the data it administers against manipulation, loss, destruction or against access by unauthorized persons or unauthorized publication. The security measures of ALELUIA, SA are constantly being improved, in accordance with technological progress.

Right of access, rectification, erasure, limitation of treatment, opposition to treatment, request for portability of your data

Aleluia Cerâmicas ensures, all data holders, the access, rectification, opposition, erasure, limitation and portability of the data provided.

In the event of a legally imposed rule or obligation which overrides these rights, ALELUIA, SA shall respond that it is impossible to execute the request, indicating the respective grounds.
