{"id":33192,"date":"2020-10-27T12:17:55","date_gmt":"2020-10-27T12:17:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aleluia.pt\/?p=33192"},"modified":"2020-10-27T14:51:07","modified_gmt":"2020-10-27T14:51:07","slug":"aleluia-ceramicas-esgueira-unit-install-high-efficiency-burners","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aleluia.pt\/en\/news\/aleluia-ceramicas-esgueira-unit-install-high-efficiency-burners\/","title":{"rendered":"Aleluia Cer\u00e2micas Esgueira Unit installs new high efficiency burners"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-md-6\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/aleluia.pt\/en\/sobre-nos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Aleluia Cer\u00e2micas<\/strong><\/a> continues to invest in improving its factories, seeking to optimize the production process, improve its energy efficiency and reduce its environmental impact.<\/p>\n<p>As a way to ensure the continuous improvement of the manufacturing units, the oven burners in Esgueira were renovated, and a solution with high efficiency was installed.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ancoragroup.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Ancora<\/strong><\/a> brand components were installed, in a project accompanied by the company Barbiere Tarozzi Brt, which will allow for a reduction of between 20 to 25% of the amount of CO2, NOX and other gases emitted through the chimney. In addition, it will also allow savings of 8 to 10% in gas consumption.<\/p>\n<p>With these new burners, a smaller amount of air (oxygen and nitrogen) will be used, and its mixture with gas will be optimized.<\/p>\n<p>This way, the pressure inside the oven will be reduced, which will improve the geometry of the heating and the optimization of its operation.<\/p>\n<p>In recent years, Aleluia Cer\u00e2micas has made several investments with the aim of reducing its environmental footprint and making its manufacturing units more efficient.<\/p>\n<p>After most of the burners were changed in the \u00cdlhavo plant in 2012, a new investment has now been made to replace these components in the Esgueira plant.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-md-6\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-fluid\" src=\"https:\/\/aleluia.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/queimador-forno-esgueira-1-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"queimador forno aleluia ceramicas\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aleluia Cer\u00e2micas continues to invest in improving its factories, seeking to optimize the production process, improve its energy efficiency and reduce its environmental impact.
