Aleluia Cerâmicas is the entity responsible for the processing of your personal data, by automated or non-automated means, from its collection, organization, storage to disposal, and permanently undertakes the public commitment to act in accordance with the applicable national and community legislation in force.

Collection, processing and purpose

The personal data of our customers are processed exclusively because they are necessary for the preparation of estimates, the conclusion and execution of contracts, delivery management and order tracking, after-sales service, compliance with legal obligations, or because they have been subject to consent.

The personal data provided by customers or generated through the use of services or acquisition of goods will be processed and stored electronically and are intended to be used by the Aleluia Ceramics website for: marketing and sales, customer management, accounting, tax and administrative management, litigation management, and, in general, compliance with general obligations. Retention period

Without prejudice to other deadlines provided for in current legislation, particularly in tax, accounting, and contractual liability matters, in accordance with their respective legal criteria, in compliance with the principles of necessity and minimization of retention time, the data collected through this website will be kept for the period of time during which the user is registered, and will be deleted when the user requests their deletion or the deletion of their registration, in accordance with the point below.

Subcontracting

Aleluia Cerâmicas may resort to subcontracted entities for the purpose of processing personal data, namely for promotional campaigns, marketing, customer account management, billing, transportation of goods, deliveries and after-sales assistance, accounting, litigation management, payroll processing, hygiene and safety services at work, among others, with such entities being obligated to comply with the provisions of the GDPR, namely by implementing measures to protect data and ensuring the defense of the rights of data subjects.

Aleluia Cerâmicas takes all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the data it manages against manipulation, loss, destruction, unauthorized access, or unauthorized disclosure. The security measures of Aleluia Cerâmicas are continuously improved in line with technological progress.

Aleluia Cerâmicas guarantees all data subjects the right to access, rectify, oppose, delete, limit, and port the data provided.
